Since the Laie temple is being renovated, we took a trip to the Kona temple with our ward. We wanted to take advantage of the opportunity so we woke up at 3:30am to catch the first flight out of Oahu at 5am. We had a wonderful time and miss having a temple close to home.
Crystal and Granny our in our ward and it was also Mom and Dad Miyamoto's ward temple trip, so we all took off a day from work and had a lot of fun. We arrived on Oahu exhausted and uplifted at 10pm.

Oh, I miss the temple too. It's sad that you (meaning me) don't appreciate and take full advantage of going to the temple until the opportunity isn't there any more. I miss going and want to go really bad! I'm glad you guys got to go and did work for people who've probably waited for a long time.
